Winter in Summer

It is currently Summer in Australia. Yet, my family wears jackets and long sleeved clothes during the day and the night is as cold as winter. Perhaps colder. We’ve just been to China and it isn’t that cold there. And to think that my cousin warned us that Summer in Australia was ‘so hot that when the wind blows, you just can’t breathe’. Then again, we aren’t at the same ends of Australia. Maybe that’s why.
