Drabble: Inappropriate Punishment

~Inappropriate Punishment~

As punishment for her vanity, they confiscated all her mirrors and sentenced her to a life of polishing as a common maid.

It made no difference to her. Anything could become a mirror with enough polish.

She hummed as she made the floor shine.

Maybe being on the discipline committee was actually punishment for stupidity.
