Drabble: Fatal Hospitality

Genre: horror

At the corner of the street sat an empty house that everyone left alone. He ignored the warnings and came in, confident until the door shut behind him.

“We have guest, we have guest!
My oh my, aren’t you fat
This rope looks nice around your neck
Settle down, we’ll do the rest
You look scared, as you should
Sir trespasser you’re our food
Thank you kindly for your offer
We are sure you’ll tasteĀ delicious

At the corner of the street sat an empty house that everyone left alone, because those who went in never came out.
